Twelve strategic meetings will begin to bring your home to life. During this phase, the design of your home and all selections both, inside and outside, will take place in our luxury design center. Throughout this process, budget checkpoints ensure that selections match up to your pre-approved construction loan.

Pre-construction is wrapped up and the handoff to your chosen builder begins. The construction loan is finalized and your home plan is packaged with every detail the builder needs to move directly into build.

Construction begins and now you get to watch your home take place. Our team continues construction coordination to ensure your plan is executed and walks hand-in-hand with you toward move-in day.
